The Story
I first tried Parma while Kevin and I were eating vegan for about 6 months in early 2018. This was the second time we had chosen to be vegan, and we were ready to explore even more healthy alternatives! I was happy to find this Parmesan alternative had great flavor with just a few sprinkles.
What I Love About It
With only 20 calories, 1.5g fat, and 35mg sodium per 2 tsp, this adds excellent flavor for much less fat and salt than the real thing.
Where To Find It
I initially found this product at Marleneβs in Federal Way, WA. I have subsequently found it at Whole Foods and on Amazon.
